To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answers of 22 November 2016 to Questions 53110, 53111 and 53107, how many pharmacies will qualify for funding from the Pharmacy Access Scheme in (a) the East Riding of Yorkshire, (b) South West Surrey constituency, (c) Ludlow constituency, (d) Oxford West and Abingdon constituency, (e) Warrington South constituency and (f) Maidenhead constituency.
