To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment his Department has made of the potential effect on (a) London's economy and (b) household incomes of the introduction of a five euros charge for people travelling from London to the EU.

HM Treasury has not made an assessment of the European Commission’s proposal to establish a European Travel information and Authentication System.
