In March 2016, we published an Implementation Plan which sets out the actions partners across health and care will take to ensure commitments in the 2020 Challenge are delivered.

In August 2016, the Department published the Dementia Atlas; an interactive online resource which members of the public can use to review how their area is performing against a range of data across the Dementia Well Pathway. You can access the Atlas here:

NHS England advises that it will shortly be reviewing the actions to date and the future plans of health and care partners in Worcestershire.
