HS2 Ltd hopes to have a permanent Chief Executive (CEO) in place in summer 2017. HS2 is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe. To successfully deliver a project of this scale and complexity, on time and on budget, it is essential to recruit the most capable team possible and the best expertise from around the world. HS2 Ltd are working to find the right person and their pay and conditions will be determined by the Government and the HS2 Remuneration Committee.
Roy Hill is being seconded to HS2 Ltd as interim Chief Executive under the terms of a Secondment Agreement between HS2 Ltd and CH2MHill. Mr Hill remains the direct employee of CH2MHill and CH2MHill is therefore responsible for his salary and benefits package. During his secondment to HS2 Ltd, Mr Hill is obliged to comply with HS2 Ltd’s policies and procedures (including in relation to expenses and conflicts of interest).
