To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what assessment her Department has made of the potential effect of the outcome of the EU referendum on arrangements at the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The Government is determined to do everything possible to get the best deal for all parts of the United Kingdom and to make sure that Northern Ireland’s interests are protected.
I will work with the Irish Government on our close shared interest of keeping the open border for people and business.
