The House of Commons library has produced statistics on superfast broadband coverage in each constituency based on Ofcom’s postcode data for 2015. This can be found at http://researchbriefings.parliament.uk/ResearchBriefing/Summary/SN06643. Thinkbroadband has independently made more recent estimates, for example at https://labs.thinkbroadband.com/local/index.php?area=eng&nation=eng.
