To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions the Foreign Secretary has had with the European Commission on its proposal to revise (a) the Framework Decision on Terrorism and (b) EU legislation on firearms.

The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond) has not discussed these dossiers with the European Commission, as they fall under the responsibility of the Home Department.
