To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many applications for a bail address under section 4 of the Immigration Act 1999 have been (1) made, (2) granted, and (3) refused, in each of the last five years.
The table below shows the number of Section 4 Bail accommodation applications received in each of the last five years.
Refused Bail applications shows the number of individuals who have been informed by the Home Office that suitable accommodation cannot be found, not refused in principle to offer an address.
