To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether all the material used in making determinations by the Northern Irish Parades Commission is subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and if not, why not.

The disclosure of information relating to decisions made by the Parades Commission for Northern Ireland is an operational matter for the Commission acting independently of Government.

The Noble Lord may wish to write to the Parades Commission directly on this matter.
