To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many incursions there were into British Territorial waters around Gibraltar by the Spanish Guardia Civil, customs officers and navy in June, July, and August 2015; and how this compares with those months in 2014.

In June, July and August 2015, there were 45, 40 and 41 unlawful incursions respectively by Spanish State vessels into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters. For the same months in 2014, the numbers were 46, 31 and 25.
