To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what estimate his Department has made of the number of apprentices not paid the minimum wage since 2010; and what the (a) age, (b) gender and (c) parliamentary constituency was of each such apprentice.

The Apprenticeship Pay Survey is the most detailed source of information on Apprentice pay. The 2014 survey can be found at However, this survey is not conducted every year and information is not always fully comparable between years due to different methodological approaches.
