To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what discussions he has had with (a) university research and development departments and (b) pharmaceuticals companies on reducing the cost of NHS-prescribed medicines.
Regular discussions take place with a full range of stakeholders concerning both the pricing of branded medicines and accelerating patient access to innovative medicines.
