To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many defendants were sentenced to between six and 12 months' immediate custody at a Crown Court for a single either way offence in each year since 2012; and for which offence that sentence was given in each such case.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/428945/crown-court-data-tool.xls which allows Triable Either Way cases to be identified that attracted custodial sentences from more than 6 months to 12 month along with the list of offences that these applied to for the period 2004-2014.
