I have not made representations to the Department for Communities and Local Government on the effect of Firefighters’ Pension Scheme reforms in Scotland. The design of the reformed Firefighter Pension Scheme was led by Roseanna Cunningham MSP when Minister for Community Safety and the implementing regulations were laid before the Scottish Parliament on 11 March 2015.
