Following the consultation on the NHS Constitution that closed in April 2015, the Department intends to publish the Government response to the consultation in the week commencing 29 June. Within the Government response, we will outline the changes proposed to the NHS Constitution, the amendments made as a result of the public consultation, and the rationale behind these changes.

The response will be published alongside the Report on the Effect of the NHS Constitution, a report that measures public and staff awareness and use of the NHS Constitution. Both will be made available to the public at the NHS Constitution page on gov.uk.

The Department plans to publish the results of the consultation, including a full breakdown of responses by question, in late July. The consultation results will be publically available on gov.uk, sitting alongside the Government response.
