To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 11 June 2015, to Question 1095, how many times the classification of private security companies contracted to provide services in conflict zones was changed to training companies in each year since 2010; and if he will make a statement.

A company's 'classification' is neither considered nor detailed as part of the procurement process and therefore would not be changed. The suitability of companies in other respects (eg legal and financial compliance) is considered before a contract is let.
