To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what plans he has to bring forward proposals to amend the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 in response to the review of that Act by Lord Young, published in February 2015.

During his review, Lord Young concluded that now was not an appropriate time to amend the Act. However, we have committed to build on his review to ensure that commissioners maximise the potential of social value.
