To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many civilian grievance cases against his Department were initiated by contractors or manpower substitutes in each year since 2010; and how many such cases were successful.

The information on the number of formal grievance cases initiated by contractors or manpower substitutes is not available and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. This is because although the name of the complainant is initially recorded when the grievance is raised, the complainant's details would have to be manually accessed to identify their employment status.
