To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate his Department has made of the cost to NHS England of the provision of fitness for work certificates as required by the Department for Work and Pensions in the period 2014-15.
Neither the Department nor NHS England has made any assessment of the cost of the provision of fitness for work certificates.
