To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, when he plans to announce details of the planned review of employment laws and practices; and what consultations he plans to undertake on the form of that review.

There are no plans for a review of employment law and practices. The Department’s work will focus on the measures announced in the Queen’s Speech and other commitments set out in the Conservative Party Manifesto 2015 relevant to this Department.
