To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what his most recent estimate is of the likely cost of (a) construction and (b) annual operation of the proton beam therapy centre at University College, London.
The Full Business Case for the University College London Hospitals indicates that the cost of construction will be £138.6 million and the annual operating costs (at full capacity) to be up to £25.5 million per year.
