To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, at what age police officers will be able to draw their pensions under her Department's proposed new pension scheme.
Police officers will be able to retire with a pension from age 60 under the
2015 Police Pension Regulations. They will also have flexibility to be able to
retire early with a reduced pension from age 55. Police officers will continue
to retire earlier than most public servants.
