To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many and what proportion of patients at (a) North Cumbria University Hospitals Trust and (b) University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust were seen by a consultant within two weeks of a GP referral for each type of cancer in each quarter since 2008.
