As the deaths were a result of a road accident, we have not raised this incident with the Israeli authorities. An official from our Embassy in Tel Aviv was in the Negev on the day of the accident, and met several leading Bedouin non-governmental organisations. The issue was discussed with Bedouin community contacts.

The tractors were there to destroy. The tractors should not have been there at all! Is it not about time that such ethnic cleansing was addressed properly?
