To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether the talks leading to the Stormont House Agreement included any discussion of the undertakings given by the government of the Republic of Ireland as part of the Belfast Agreement of 1998 to improve human rights in their country; and, if not, why not.

A wide range of issues were discussed in the talks which led to the Stormont House Agreement. The issue mentioned does not feature in the Agreement.
