To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate she has made of the additional costs incurred by her Department in connection with policing Black Friday.

The Home Office has incurred no additional direct costs as a result of Black Friday. The Home Office does not collect information on the costs of individual police operations. The deployment of police resources to specific
events is a matter for operational police leaders, working with Police and Crime Commissioners.
