To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the level of threat to journalists in the UK from radical Islamic extremists; and if she will make a statement.

The Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre assesses the threat level to the UK from international terrorism to be SEVERE - an attack is a strong possiblity. The Threat Level is kept under constant review.
