The Minister of State for Policing, Criminal Justice and Victims most recently received correspondence under this reference number on 8 November 2012, which was responded to on 26 November 2012. The Minister’s office has made

arrangements to forward a copy of that response.

There is no record of receiving any further correspondence under this reference number in September 2014. I would be grateful if the letter could be re-sent and I will respond within the required timeframe.

Conor Burns informed me that Mike Penning did receive the further correspondence and that he has a receipt for the correspondence from the Home Office. With regards to the 2012 correspondence that Mr. Penning refers to from the previous Minister for Policing Damian Green, I have never seen this reply from Mr. Green. Mr. Penning has now exceeded the required timeframe for responding to the correspondence sent to him by my Gay MP Conor Burns. Serious matters were raised with Mr. Penning in respect of Dorset Police which can be seen here

email received 10.20 am thursday 19th february 2015 from my MP Conor Burns "
Conor tried to get in touch with the Private Secretary yesterday to ask where the letters are, but we got an out of office message to say that he is away until Monday 23 February. Parliament is not sitting this week. We will therefore follow this up on Monday.

I am copying Mr Coulter so that he is aware."

The private secretary minister of state for policing/justice/victims is a HOMOPHOBIC Badger culler. One delay after another just so he cannot be asked further questions in parliament before the elections. VOTE PENNING OUT OF HEMEL HEMPSTEAD AND GOVERNMENT IN 2015 ELECTIONS PLEASE.

Mike Penning is playing games with myself and my partner and our MP Conor Burns, and this will not be tolerated. The chairman of the independent victims group who has supported and helped and worked with us for eight years has now published this documentary http://www.ministryofjustice.info/mike-penning-mp-hemel-hemp...

Mr. Gerry Coulter's twitter channel is being regularly hacked and hundreds of tweets removed about these issues, including one in the above annotation which I previously made which when you click on it you are told the page does not exist. The tweet has now been published here https://dorsetpoliceignoredomesticviolenceorderbreaches.file... It is quite obvious someone does not want all this to be seen !
