To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what steps he is taking to promote early intervention to reduce reoffending by 16 to 18 year olds.

Reducing reoffending by young people is a key priority for the Ministry of Justice. We are committed to working across Government on early and preventive interventions, including the Troubled Families programme, the Youth Engagement Fund and the Ending Gangs and Youth Violence programme.
