To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many prosecutions relating to dogs there were for each offence under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 in (a) 2011, (b) 2012 and (c) 2013; and if she will make a statement.

Centrally held records of prosecutions under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 do not record the species of animal involved.
