The Healthy Start scheme provides a nutritional safety net for pregnant women, new mothers and children under four years old in families throughout the United Kingdom who are claiming income-based benefits and tax credits.

Our successful Change4Life programme encourages everyone in England to 'eat well, move more, live longer' with a specific focus on lower income families with 5-11 year old children.
