To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, how much of the £10 million support for small and medium-sized enterprises for clean-up in flooded areas has been (a) allocated and (b) received by small and medium-sized enterprises.

The full £10 million of funding was paid to eligible local authorities in two payments, on the 20 February and 14 March 2014. Details of total payments to local authorities are at:

Since then local authorities have allocated nearly £7 million of this funding to support business recovery.
