To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what recent representations he has received on the effect of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 on the Government's ability to tackle director misconduct.

The Legal Aid, Sentencing, and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 includes a range of important measures to reform sentencing, protect the public, tackle reoffending and reform legal aid. None of these measures impact on the Government’s ability to tackle director misconduct.
