To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will make it his policy to use the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme to make the UK (a) a global leader in providing patients access to the most innovative appropriate medicines and (b) an attractive place for pharmaceutical companies to locate and invest.
