To ask the Secretary of State for Health, whether he plans to provide (a) further funding for and (b) expanded provision of paediatric cardiac surgery services in Gloucestershire; and if he will make a statement.

This is a matter for NHS England which is currently undertaking a review of congenital heart services for the whole pathway of care which includes paediatric cardiac surgical services, and the extent of provision of those services.

NHS England will provide appropriate funding for services as they are commissioned.
