To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, whether a Minister from his Department will be representing the Government at the UN Climate Summit 2014.

The Government strongly welcomed the UN Secretary General’s leadership in convening a Climate Summit in September in New York. It provided added momentum to international action on tackling climate change and showcased significant actions to address the issue. From the Department of Energy and Climate Change, I attended the Summit alongside my rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State.
