To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many prosecutions have been brought against employers in respect of exposure of employees to lead in each of the last three years.

Occupational exposure to lead is regulated by the Control of Lead at Work Regulations (CLAW) 2002.
In the last three years to April 2014, the Health and Safety Executive has prosecuted the following number of cases in relation to breaches of CLAW:
