To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the National Health Service wheelchair voucher scheme.

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what the approval process is for mobility aids and wheelchairs to be approved for use under the National Health Service wheelchair voucher scheme; and whether they consider that it allows sufficient patient choice.

To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the impact of the power of local National Health Service providers to set their own level of the National Health Service wheelchair vouchers on levels of access to the scheme in different areas.

The Government has not made any assessments relating to the wheelchair voucher scheme. NHS England is leading work with all groups involved in wheelchair services to improve current services.
