To ask Her Majesty’s Government why they have not named the contractor awarded the contract for the Warrior Capability Sustainment Programme in April; and whether they will now do so.
The Ministry of Defence (MOD) awarded the Warrior Capability Sustainment Programme Converted Vehicle Part 2 Safety and Environmental Case contract to BAE Systems Global Combat Systems Limited in April 2014. A notice was published on
Contracts Online facility, that confirmed the MOD’s intent and rationale in placing a single sourced contract with the company. Due to a processing error the name of the contractor was omitted from the contract award notice. However, the MOD has since rectified this and the contractor’s name was issued for publishing to Defence Contracts Online on
