To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many landfill site operators there are in Wales; how many are in receipt of a landfill tax credit; and how much each receives.

To ask Her Majesty’s Government how much the Landfill Communities Fund has contributed to environmental projects in Wales in each of the years 2010 to 2013.

There are 24 registered landfill site operators in Wales, of which 15 were in receipt of tax credits during the financial year 2013-14. HMRC does not disclose information relating to individual taxpayers.

The Landfill Communities Fund contributed £4,191,159 in 2010-11, £4,364,063 in 2011-12, and £4,355,038 in 2012-13 towards environmental projects in Wales.
