'Building our Future' is HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC's) vision for how it will serve its customers in the future, which it is currently presenting and discussing with its entire work force. HMRC wants its employees to influence how the Department is transforming to be a more effective, efficient and customer-focused organisation. The events started in May and will run until August 2014 and aim to bring together employees from different teams from across the Department.

The final costs will be published on-line as part of the Government’s commitment to transparency.
