To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many warfarin patients attending anti-coagulant clinics had to wait for a prescriber to administer vitamin K in the most recent year for which information is available; what the average waiting times for those patients was; and how many of those patients had to go to accident and emergency because a prescriber was not available.
