To ask the Secretary of State for Health what steps he has taken to improve patient choice in the NHS.

We are committed to patients having greater choice and control over their health care. Today, we will bring parity to patient's choice of provider in mental and physical health, and in October this year, we will enable patients to register with GP practices out-of-area, and introduce legal rights to have personal health budgets.
