UK officials are embedded within the US Joint Strike Fighter Programme Office and are present at daily meetings chaired by Lt Gen Bogdan. Any programme issues are presented at these meetings, meaning the UK has full visibility of any F-35 concerns.

All of the issues raised by Lt Gen Bogdan in his testimony to the House Armed Services Committee are well-known to the UK and are being actively managed by the programme.
