To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what proportion of businesses using UK Trade & Investment's services are either fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the service they have received in 2013-14 to date.
UKTI monitors the performance and effectiveness of its trade services through Performance and Impact Monitoring Surveys (PIMS).
In the 12 months to June 2013 (the most recent period for which results are available), PIMS reported that 76% of clients were very or fairly satisfied with UKTI support.
