To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs pursuant to the answer of 28 February 2014, Official Report, column 527W, on Gibraltar, what subjects were discussed at the meetings referred to in the answer.

Given the EU is currently a forum for many Gibraltar-related issues, the UK Permanent Representation to the European Union and Foreign and Commonwealth Office officials in London have in 2014 been involved in discussions with the European Commission including on the border situation, environmental complaints and tobacco smuggling.
