To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what recent assessment she has made of rates of prosecutions in North Belfast for public order offences.
Public order issues are primarily a matter for the Minister of Justice and the Chief Constable in line with the devolution settlement.
The prosecution of those involved in public disorder is a matter for the PSNI and the independent Public Prosecution Service.
