To ask the Secretary of State for Justice in what proportion of cases heard in the Commercial Court in each of the last 10 years one or more of the parties was domiciled or registered outside the jurisdiction.

The Commercial Court started recording the number of cases involving foreign parties in 2008 so no data are available prior to that year.
