To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will make an estimate of the number of economic and fraud crimes reported in the last 10 years that remain un-investigated in each police area due to resource constraints or a lack of suitably-qualified personnel.

This is because police are fiddling the crime statistics and refusing to record crimes that they have no intention of investigating.
