The National Radiotherapy Implementation Group (NRIG) report on Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR), published in 2011, was one of a number of sources of evidence and guidance which NHS England considered when developing its-commissioning policy statement on SABR.

NHS England will continue to consider the NRIG recommendations as one of the sources of standards, information and evidence when making decisions about future radiotherapy progress and planning.
